- You need to be aged 21 or over
- You must have a bank or building society account
- You must be a permanent UK resident (and have been living in the UK for at least 3 years)
- You need to be in permanent paid employment, self-employed or retired with a pension
- You must have an income greater than £10,000
- You must have a good credit history.

Important Terms & Conditions
1. THE PROMOTION
1.1. The title of the promotion is the "Novuna Personal Finance FREE tastecard Giveaway (Offer 2)".
1.2. The promoter is Novuna Personal Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC (“Promoter”, "we", "us" or "our").
1.3. Qualifying customers will receive a FREE 12-month tastecard membership (the "Promotion").
1.4. Qualifying customers will be contacted by email, inviting them to claim a unique membership code that allows them to access the Promotion via the tastecard app.
2. HOW TO QUALIFY
2.1. The Promotion will run from 00:01 on 3 June 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 31 July 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the "Qualifying Period").
2.2. Any loan application received outside the Qualifying Period will be automatically excluded from this Promotion.
2.3. Loan applications will qualify for the Promotion only where they are submitted directly and exclusively with Novuna Personal Finance during the Qualifying Period using one of the following methods:
(a) via the www.novunapersonalfinance.co.uk website;
(b) via the Novuna Personal Finance mobile app (available on the App Store or Google Play); or
(c) over the telephone with our Customer Experience team on 0344 375 5500.
2.4. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”), including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 21 years or older except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or their holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
2.5. In addition to the above, the Promoter is also unable to consider customers in the following circumstances:
(a) where the loan application is not successful;
(b) where the loan is not held by the customer for at least 14 days from the date that the loan is paid;
(c) if the customer used any external website (e.g. price comparison sites);
(d) where the loan is incomplete;
(e) if the customer used incorrect contact details; and/or
(f) the application is found or considered to be fraudulent;
2.6. There is a limit of one entry to the Promotion per customer.
3. CLAIMING THE PROMOTION
3.1. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact qualifying website customers via email after 14 days from the start of their new loan agreement.
3.2. The qualifying customer will have 30 days from the date of that email in which to claim the Promotion.
3.3. If the email address provided by the customer is incorrect, or the customer does not claim the Promotion within the 30 day period following the first email, the Promoter may withhold the Promotion.
3.4. By claiming the Promotion, the customer confirms that they are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require the customer to provide proof that they are eligible to claim this Promotion.
3.5. Once received, the customer’s unique personal code will remain active until 1 January 2025. After this date the code will no longer be accepted by tastecard.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability to the customer for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the customer taking up the Promotion. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
5. GENERAL
5.1. If it has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions by a customer, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, prevent the customer from participating in the Promotion.
5.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it reasonably considers it necessary or expedient to do so.
5.3 These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising in respect of these terms and conditions and/or the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the country where you live, being England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Any dispute or claim arising in respect of these terms and conditions and/or the Promotion may be referred to the courts of the place where you live.
