Scam questionnaire

It's important to let us know about any scams that may have impacted you, so thank you for taking the time to fill out our questionnaire. It should only take a minute or two to complete, but please do provide as much information as possible.

Once you have submitted the questionnaire, our fraud team will investigate and will get back in touch with you if necessary. 

Your application number is noted near the top of some of the correspondence you've received from us about your agreement, such as your welcome email or an annual statement. Additionally, if you have a Direct Debit set up, your agreement number is shown in the reference on your bank statement.

Please include details of any contact that you had with third parties, the names of any people or companies that you spoke with, any interactions involving investment schemes, any recent applications for credit/finance, and any contact from HMRC, the police or your bank.

Did anyone ask you to download any apps to your phone, laptop or computer?
Did you receive any funds from Novuna into your bank account?
Have you had any contact with the bank regarding the funds?
